Matt is not new to Asia, having worked in Japan for five years from 1988 till 1993, working as an Officer in the US Marine Corps. Jigar Bhansali Jigar Bhansali is Software AG's Solutions Manager in Asia. In his current role, Jigar is responsible for promoting and developing Software AG's solutions that meet the specific needs of Software AG's customers. Jigar has been working in the IT (Information Technology) industry for over 16 years with a wide area of IT experiences in both pre-sales, consulting and services environments. He has extensive knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) – technical and business imperatives needed to ensure successful implementation. Most of Jigar's working experiences are in providing solutions consultancy in financial services. Prior to joining Software AG, Jigar was Presales Head Financial Services for Logica South Asia Operations. Jigar has a degree in Computer Engineering from Pune University. | |
![]() | Charles Lim Based in Singapore, Charles is responsible for developing and growing Terracotta's business in Asia, working closely with Terracotta's network of partners and customers in the region. Charles has more than 12 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Terracotta, Charles held senior sales and business development positions at Actuate, Symantec, and Hewlett-Packard - Outsourcing Services. While at Hewlett-Packard, Charles was also involved in Gartner TCO Consulting Services. Before that, Charles spent five years in e-Government infrastructure implementation projects in Asia and the Middle East. Charles graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. |
![]() | Arturo Velez Arturo is an Engagement Manager in the Global Consulting organization at Software AG. Arturo brings over 21 years of software development and consulting experience. He has worked as Project Lead, Technical Account Manager, and Solution Architect on many projects. As a Technical Account Manager, he played instrumental roles from architecture, design, development, implementation, and testing, to production rollout, as well as mentoring other consultants from Software AG, customers and SI partners. Arturo has participated in all phases of software development life cycle, including requirements definition, high level and detailed design, implementation, software testing, customer training and support. Arturo has significant development and deployment experience with many database products such as Sybase and Oracle, as well as Enterprise Solutions using Siebel and webMethods products. He is a webMethods certified consultant, certified instructor and product evangelist. His years of software development experience started as a Project Leader/ Software Engineer at Banco de Mexico. Prior to Software AG, Arturo worked for Sybase, Siebel and Inventa - in three different continents and speaks several languages. Since mid-2007, he played a key role in supporting Software AG's customers in Canada -as a Technical Account Manager, managing multiple project resources - from Software AG, customers, and SI partners. When Arturo was holding the post of Technical Architect, he delivered a $2.7M project for a financial institution in Alberta. This was part of a $160M core banking replacement project, which also encompassed SAP. He also delivered a $1M project for a telecommunications company in North Carolina. As of October 2011, Arturo joined the team in Software AG Singapore to support its customers and prospects in the region, among others, the leading banks in South East Asia. |

Fabian is a Partner of the Litmus Group, based in its Singapore office. He has more than 15 years of process and IT management consulting experience with over 10 years in global roles working in Singapore, Germany and Australia. He is a global business process management expert and has helped numerous multinational firms to develop and improve their business transformation projects. Fabian's range of work covers the design and roll-out of global standard operating models, management of major transformation projects or the development of a services-oriented architecture. His focus lies on applying BPM principles to execute business and IT strategies. Fabian received his Masters of Business Administration, specialising in strategy and information science. He studied in Germany, France and the US. His industry experiences cover multiple sectors from telecommunication & utilities, government, banking, FMCG to mining and resourcing. Fabian's areas of expertise include global business process management/transformation, ERP roll-outs and template management, project and program management and enterprise performance management including risk and compliance. |
