Arun DC wanted to implement an ePayments solution to enable customer payments via the web. They are now live on the Government Gateway and accepting payments online, benefiting from reduced transaction costs and greater efficiency.

Aylesbury Vale District Council

Aylesbury Vale DC wanted to simplify communication with the Council and access services. Software AG established a new customer support facility, using an e-Government architecture based on Tamino, that creates a ‘high street’ presence for the Council, replacing 4 separate Customer Service centers with one.

Comet needed to improve their customers’ web experience, in particular increasing the product range and improving the ability to browse and compare products. Comet.co.uk has implemented Software AG’s Tamino XML Server to store, update and manipulate information on its 3,000+ products and to offer its customers a parametric search facility. Comet's range of products available has increased nearly 50%.
