Develop and build an XML-based central framework hub to support the
integration of Wiltshire and Swindon’s back office systems.
A solução
The Central Framework Hub, a component of Software AG’s Integrated
Electronic Service Delivery (IESD) framework, has been implemented
and three pilot projects are planned for 2004.

Pilot projects include the reporting of abandoned vehicles,
notification of change of address, as well as a ‘single assessment
project’ which will provide an electronic solution to support the
single assessment process for the care needs of the elderly.
