BENEFITS ANALYSIS

Demonstrate quantifiable benefits and justify your projects

Uncertain about the benefits of a project? Need to justify the time and effort involved? Our industry and process experts work closely with you to explore and gather the types of data needed to calculate the benefits for your projects. The approach we take is called Value Impact Analysis, which comprehensively and conservatively quantifies your total benefits.

The total benefits can be found in two categories – Business & IT. Possible business benefits include revenue uplift, cost reduction, and productivity gain while benefits include lowered development and maintenance costs and increased code re-use. And each one of these benefit sources can be attributed to a series of KPI (key performance indicators) levers which are impacted by your project. So, by understanding how your project moves these KPI levers, we are able to quantify your project’s benefits.
