Convenient, easy online support

ServLine24 is Software AG's global, user-friendly, Web-based customer support system. Designed to proactively assist customers with timely information and problem solutions, ServLine24 is available worldwide 24 hours a day for comprehensive support. When you need help, turn to ServLine24 first.

ServLine24 is accessible via password for all customers with a valid Essential Services agreement, and is designed to help resolve problems or questions quickly.

ServLine24 features several easy to-use areas:

  • Knowledge Center
This is a great place to zero in on a technical problem quickly and independently. The Knowledge Center database has more than 40,000 tips and documented resolutions to technical problems for all aspects of Software AG products. Updated every six hours, it supports simple and complex free-text searches, providing interactive results and answers to the most common support questions.
  • Products
This area serves as a one-stop location for viewing, ordering and downloading product information. It features product fixes and components for download, product availability notices and early product announcements.
  • Online Request Management
A product query submitted to our Essential Services Team is documented as a Request. The creation of a Request entry is the initial task for answering a customer query. For details on Request Management, please refer to the User Guide in the Secured Area of ServLine24.
To submit a support request a valid Contract and User ID are required.
