PUBLIC AND ON-SITE CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT WITH INSTRUCTOR
On-Site Training
Customers who have 6 or more team members to train, and who have suitable training facilities, may opt to host training at their sites. On-site training is priced by the session, and does not include the trainer's travel and expenses. For optimal results, no more than 12 people should attend a training session. Absolute class maximum is 14 participants; each participant should have his or her own workstation. For complete training room specifications, see the instructions below.

Training Room Specifications
Hardware - Classroom machines:
- 2 GB RAM minimum for 6.5 and 7.0 training, 3 GB RAM minimum for 7.1 training.
- Pentium 4 processor minimum, dual-core 1GHZ or better preferred.
- 20 GB free disk space.
- 1024x768 monitors (15" or more).
- DVD-ROM drive or available USB 2.0 port.
- Windows XP or 2003 (32-bit).
- 10BaseT Network or faster, with all classroom machines connected.
Software - Classroom Machines:
- Internet Browser: IE 6.x or Netscape 7.x.
- Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher.
- WinZip 7.0 or higher.
Other:
- Projector SVGA 1024x768.
- Whiteboard or flipchart for diagramming concepts.
- Login and password.
- Administrative access (for software installation).
- Physical access to student machines the day prior to class start (for software installation).
