The company used BPM to automate an equipment repair process and can now track the movement and history of each refrigeration unit to avoid “lost” inventory, identify trends and uncover recurring issues. Logging in dozens of units is done in minutes—98 percent faster than before. Every piece of equipment goes through a complete cycle of checks.
