Caisse d’Épargne Financement (CEFI) – France
Streamlining Retail Banking with a New Distribution Strategy.
CEFI, a subsidiary of the Groupe Caisse d’Epargne and Cetelem, markets and manages a whole portfolio of consumer credit products. In 2004, the group decided to rely on the know-how of CEFI to expand this activity via a network of regional ‚Caisses’ banks as well as other partners, in a multi-channel approach. This is possible through the implementation of a new business server, which is a real decision-making enabling tool for the agencies’ sales forces. In this project webMethods was responsible for providing information to CEFI partners through a portal. And with BPM we orchestrated a credit process.
