ARIS SCOR:
Do more with SCOR.
Efficiently design, evaluate and improve your processes based on the Supply-Chain Council’s endorsed standards. SCOR provides best-practice supply-chain processes that make it easy to identify and implement improvements. The council uses ARIS to visualize its reference models.
Use SCOR to:
- Define and document processes with ease and evaluate supply-chain scenarios before implementation
- Leverage predefined and standard SCOR elements to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in your supply chain
- Compare existing supply chain processes with best practices
- Measure process performance based on SCOR-based metrics
- Re-use predefined metrics associated with the performance attributes of reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost and assets
SCOR can be used in combination with different ARIS design and implementation tools. All applicable standard reporting and analysis functionalities can be applied to understand the interaction of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) among different supply chains.
