webMethods Communicate works with existing phone systems

Count on fast start-up because webMethods Communicate works perfectly with all kinds of existing PBX systems, regardless of brand and type. It does this by calling all call participants and then switching them together.

ISDN & VoIP support

webMethods Communicate both supports “classic” circuit-switched Digital Networks (ISDN) as well as Voice over IP (VoIP) communications. Both can be combined seamlessly.

Integration with external service providers

You can use webMethods Communicate even if your call center functionality is supplied by an external service provider.

ACD compatibility

webMethods Communicate integrates call flows from your existing ACD into your webMethods business process.

Support for existing user front-ends

Keep all your existing user front-end applications. webMethods Communicate can transfer the customer data and process control to a registered application for each call. When the call is finished, all call results are sent back to webMethods and the process continues immediately.
