That’s why webMethods CSP provides flexible services for content automation and transformation. You can quickly access information across systems to reduce process cycle times significantly.
Content-based process triggering
Do you need to process an invoice when it arrives in your content repository? Do you have to start a review process when a document is updated in your collaboration portal? Do you want to trigger a process upon fax arrival?
You can do all of this with webMethods CSP. You can trigger processes by content of any type, no matter what content repository you use. Count on support for structured content, such as Microsoft Infopath or Adobe forms, as well as unstructured content, such as Word documents.
Task attachments & content
webMethods CSP forms an abstraction layer and hooks up content operations with process operations. So, for example, a process can link to several document attachments in your Documentum repository. Also, if your process should be initiated when an InfoPath form is checked into your OpenText system, you can make that work easily with webMethods CSP.
Because webMethods CSP supports a full range of forms, there’s no need to retrain users. They can work with the forms they know within the process context.
