Gain insights into any process bottlenecks and improvement potential. With our solution, which integrates ARIS Business Architect, you can compare as-is and to-be processes as well as time/cost. You also can analyze versioning control, document change history and see how to optimize processing times. You'll know, for example, how many IT systems are used by business process, who uses those IT systems and where system breaks occur.
With a static analysis, you'll discover how to reduce errors and improve process performance. You can see where they are:
- Organizational handoffs—By minimizing them, you can speed up processes and reduce errors
