With our Model-to-Execute (M2E) capability, the process models your business defines using the ARIS Strategy and Design Platforms become the starting point for process execution using webMethods BPMS. This aligns your corporate strategy with business processes and IT applications so that “structure follows strategy.”

By combining ARIS for business modeling and webMethods for process execution, you’ll bring business and IT together to achieve a shared vision for Business Process Excellence. For the first time, your teams can work collaboratively on one process model so that change management is synchronized and governed throughout the whole organization. And, because processes change all the time, you’ll be able to keep process models up-to-date by linking them to an execution environment.

At any stage, every stakeholder can see what the other stakeholders are doing. The process owner can control who can change what and when and who is notified about those changes. Business and IT communicate using the same process model and, as soon as a stakeholder changes some element of the process, others in the extended team are notified or asked for approval. Then, the changes are available in the executable model.
