Karl-Heinz Streibich, born in 1952, assumed the position of CEO of Software AG in October 2003 and is also responsible for the departments Strategic Marketing, Professional Services Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal Affairs as well as Corporate Communications.

Before joining Software AG, he served as deputy chairman of the board at T-Systems GmbH.

Mr. Streibich launched his career in 1981 at Dow Chemical Company in Rheinmünster, Germany. His next assignment took him to ITT Industries in London in 1984. He then joined ITT-SEL AG (now Alcatel/SEL AG) in Germany as director of PC Systems.

In 1989, he joined Daimler Benz AG, where he served in several executive positions. These included deputy member of the board at AEG Olympia Office GmbH, chairman of the board of debis Systemhaus DCS (Distributed Computing Services) GmbH and VP of sales and services at debis Systemhaus CCS (Computer and Communications Services).

In 1996, he assumed a seat on the debis Systemhaus GmbH board of directors. From 2000 to 2002, he served as chairman and played the decisive role in the merger of debis Systemhaus GmbH with T-Systems GmbH.

Mr. Streibich obtained a degree in communications engineering in Offenburg, Germany.


Dr Peter Kuerpick

Dr Peter Kuerpick

Dr. Peter Kuerpick, born in 1966, joined Software AG in April 2005, and in his role he is responsible for Research & Development of both Business Divisions, webMethods and ETS.

Before coming to Software AG, he was Senior Vice President Server Technology at SAP and as such was responsible for major parts of the SAP Netweaver stack, which is the foundation of all SAP applications. At the beginning of 2000 he acted as Executive Board Assistant, during which time he worked out of Palo Alto, New York and Germany for Prof. Dr. Hasso Plattner, former CEO and co-founder of SAP. Dr. Kuerpick started his career in IT in 1998, joining SAP as a software developer.

Dr. Kuerpick earned a Diploma in Physics focusing on theoretical physics / supercomputer topics in 1989 and a PhD in theoretical physics in 1993. From 1995 to1997 he did his postdoctorate in the United States, working at the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, the Kansas State University, and the Oak Ridge National Laboratories, Tennessee


Frédéric Fuchs

Senior Vice President couvrant la France et l’Italie, Frédéric Fuchs a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine high-tech.

Il a ainsi occupé de nombreux postes de Direction, notamment au sein de BEA Systems, ORACLE, Cap Gemini, Broadvision, Webgain, Compuware et Ingres. Avant le rachat de webMethods par Software AG, Frédéric Fuchs a dirigé la région Europe du Sud de webMethods, et ceci pendant 3 ans. Frédéric Fuchs a un Master en Sciences Economiques et est diplômé de l’Université Paris X. Il a débuté sa carrière aux Etats-Unis.

Avant de rejoindre webMethods en 2000, il a occupé successivement les fonctions de responsable de l’offre Euro de l’éditeur Viasoft et de consultant métier dans les secteurs Banque/Assurance. Fabrice Hugues possède près de 15 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie High-Tech.

Susan Ganeshan is the Senior Vice President of Software AG’s webMethods product marketing and product management team, where she defines the product strategy and implements the company's overall product roadmap. In this capacity, Ms. Ganeshan is responsible for identifying and prioritizing requirements and leading the company and it’s ecosystem through successful product launches. During her 10 year career with Software AG, Ms. Ganeshan launch more than 13 major releases and led the most successful product release, webMethods 7, propelling Software AG into the BPMS market leadership.

He has been with Software AG for over 17 years and has vast experience with EAI, SOA, SAP, data warehouse, application modernization and development. Guido has worked in R&D and as an IT enterprise architect consultant helping companies to align their application portfolio towards new technologies and business scenarios.


Michael Lees

Michael Lees is a Senior Director at Software AG responsible for the global product marketing of Software AG’s market-leading BPM product line. Prior to joining Software AG/webMethods, Michael was founder and CEO of Cerebra, Inc. a leader in metadata-driven solutions. Cerebra was acquired by webMethods in 2006.

Michael recently co-authored ‘BPM Basics for Dummies’ and maintains a busy speaking schedule across the globe. He has worked with many large corporate and federal organizations to develop strategies for agile information and process infrastructures. Before joining the enterprise software industry, Michael was a technology fund manager and is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.


Muriel Guenon

Muriel Guénon travaille aujourd’hui sur la Gestion des Processus Métier, le Pilotage Opérationnel et l’Intégration d’Applications. Elle suit de près les évolutions des marchés du BPM (Business Process Management), de l’intégration d’applications et du BAM (Business Activity Monitoring) et analyse les principales solutions dans ces domaines.

Elle a suivi durant plusieurs années les évolutions technologiques des middlewares (moniteurs transactionnels, MOM (Message Oriented Middleware, etc.)) et des plates-formes d’administration des Systèmes d’Information.

Avant de rejoindre Le CXP, Muriel a travaillé chez Computer Associates comme Ingénieur Système, spécialisé dans les produits d’administration de systèmes et d’automatisation de l’exploitation.


Pascal Ober

Entré dans le groupe Saint-Gobain il y a 20 ans, Pascal OBER a commencé dans les systèmes d’information de Sekurit. Il a été responsable de production chez Sekurit en Italie pendant plusieurs années avant de retourner dans les systèmes d’information et de prendre en charge la DSI de l’Italie pour l’ensemble du groupe Saint-Gobain. Il a réintégré la France il y a trois ans où il dirige le centre de compétence Vitrage qui couvre l’ensemble des applicatifs des différentes Business Unit des activités Vitrage au niveau international : Glass Sekurit et Glass Solutions. Son équipe de plus de 60 personnes a reçu le prix 01-Technologia 2008 pour la meilleure équipe grand compte.
