General Innovation World 2008 Questions

Is Innovation World just for webMethods users?
This year, there are sessions and training focused toward all product users – there is something for everyone, including Adabas and Natural.

How can I change my contact information in my registration?
You may log into the registration site at any time to review your registration status, make changes or update your information. Use the username and password that you created when you registered to access your personal administration page and make edits.

How can I get a formal invitation letter for my visa application?
You can request this letter from Software AG by contacting iw@softwareag.com after you have completed your registration.

Before I build my personal schedule, I would like to see the session abstracts. Where can I find them?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received before October 10, 2008 will result in a refund less 10%. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after October 10, 2008. Applicable refunds will be issued 30 days after Innovation World 2008. All cancellations must be made in writing to iw@softwareag.com.

If I am unable to attend, can someone take my place?

What is the expected conference attendance?
Software AG Innovation World 2008 attendance is expected to exceed 1,200 attendees.

What is the conference attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate.

Do you have an age requirement for the conference?
You must be 18 years of age to attend Innovation World 2008 and 21 years of age to attend the evening events.

Will presentations be available after the conference?
Presentations will be provided in an electronic format and available to full Innovation World 2008 attendees only. Please note that we will include as many presentations as possible, but not all presentations are available for distribution.

Are meals included in the cost of registration?
Full Innovation World 2008 attendees receive breakfast and lunch each day, Tuesday through Wednesday. Food is also included at the Welcome Reception and Customer Celebration evening functions.

Is there an additional cost for pre-conference product training?
Pre-Conference Product Training courses are offered at a special rate of USD $695 for 2-day classes and USD $395 for 1-day classes to Innovation World 2008 attendees. All Pre-Conference Product Training takes place Sunday, November 2 and Monday, November 3.
