Cancellation/Change Policy:



If you register for Innovation World 2008 and are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague at any time. Otherwise, cancellations must be received in writing to iw@softwareag.com by October 10, 2008. No refunds will be provided after October 13, 2008. There will be a 10% service charge for all cancelled registrations. Cancellations received after October 10, 2008 will not be eligible for a refund.
