Software AG announces IDS Scheer AG takeover offer

On July 14, Software AG announced its intention to acquire IDS Scheer AG. The transaction will create a global producer of infrastructure software and Business Process Management software with more than 6,000 employees and more than a € 1 billion in revenue.
