Course Pricing

Training is charged at 450 euro per person per day, excluding VAT. A minimum of 3 people is required to run a training course, otherwise a minimum daily rate of 1350 euro excluding VAT applies. Group discounts apply for 5 or more people - please contact us for details.

For all courses conducted at our training centres the fee includes all necessary delegate material, computer time, lunch, and refreshments. Delegates with special dietary requirements should inform us of these at registration.

Classes are generally limited to 8 trainees to ensure individual attention from our trainers.

Additional costs may apply for:

external venue hire for group training if required
trainer travel costs, depending on your location

Course Bookings

Course enquiries can be made by telephone, e-mail or by filling in the registration form. See registration.

Course Times

Courses given at the Software AG venue start at 9:30 every day and usually end no later than 16:30. The daily end times may however vary depending on the specific course.

Certificates

A Certificate of Attendance is given to each course delegate.

Course Lecturers & Methods

All courses are presented by lecturers with the necessary knowledge and experience on the subject and who have the ability to effectively transfer this knowledge to delegates.

Most of our courses include hands-on workshops, to ensure that delegates are equipped to apply the acquired knowledge immediately.

Courses on request, on-site and Customised Courses

Courses can be organised on request either at our training centre for a minimum of 3 delegates (other customers may then be invited by Software AG), or on-site for a minimum of 5 delegates.
Surcharges can be levied if necessary. For on-site courses conducted in the Netherlands, fees include all necessary delegates' materials and lecturer expenses unless otherwise specified.

Terms and Conditions

All course prices are exclusive of VAT.
Lunch and refreshments are included in the course prices.
Courses will only be presented if we have a minimum of 3 registrations for a course.
Cancellations by customers are subject to cancellation charges as follows:
- 10 or more working days prior to the course: no charge.
- Between 5 and 10 working days prior to the course: 50% of course fee.
- Less than 5 working days prior to the course: full course fee
Non-attendance of a course will be billed at full cost.
Delegate substitutions may be made at any time without additional charge. We do, however, ask that you notify our Education Services of the substitution.
All course fees are payable upon invoice.

Software AG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course; or amend the published programme for any course. Software AG shall not be liable in any circumstance whatsoever to persons booking courses, prospective attendees or any third party; for any loss, expense or damage suffered or incurred (including indirect, economic or consequential loss) as a result of any cancellation, rescheduling or amendment of a course.
