Yes, ProcessWorld 2011 will be held at the hotel's meeting facilities.

What products are represented at ProcessWorld 2011?

Track sessions, training and the exhibition will span the entire Software AG product portfolio and consulting services. There's something for everyone.

I would like to see the session abstracts. Where can I find them?
More details will be available soon. Please check www.processworld.com for regular agenda updates.

How can I change my contact information in my registration?
You can change your date at the registration pages by using your chosen user name and password when registering for ProcessWorld. You can find your user data also in your confirmation mail. But please keep in mind that we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 50,00 Euro in case the invoice has to be issued again because of a change in the address.

How can I get a formal invitation letter for my visa application?
You can request this letter from Software AG by contacting processworld@softwareag.com after you have completed your registration.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation up to April 1st, 2011 is free of charge. For cancellation up to April 29th, 2011 we will charge you 50,00 Euro. For later cancellation or non-attendance we will charge you the full conference fee. All cancellations must be made in writing to processworld@softwareag.com.

If I am unable to attend, can someone take my place?
Yes, substitutions within the same company are permitted at any time. Please call the registration hotline to make arrangements at +49 (0) 681 210-3152.

What is the conference attire?
Business casual attire is appropriate.

Do you have an age requirement for the conference?
All participants of ProcessWorld 2011 and the supporting program must be at least 18 years of age.

Will presentations be available after the conference?
Yes. Presentations will be provided in electronic format (for ProcessWorld 2011 attendees only). Please note that we will include as many presentations as possible, but not all presentations are available for distribution.

Are meals included in the cost of registration?
Breakfast and lunch are provided to full ProcessWorld 2011 attendees each day, Tuesday through Wednesday. Food is also included at the Welcome Reception and Customer Celebration evening functions.

Is there an additional cost for pre-conference product training?
Pre-conference product training courses will be offered on Monday, May 30 for an additional fee of 450 Euro– details coming soon.
