| Digital Transformation | Customer who has made the most progress on the path to becoming a Digital Enterprise, achieving agile processes, smarter decisions and systems that make the most of today’s technology trends.

| Process Excellence | Customer who has made the biggest process improvements and delivered the most business benefits through business process excellence.
|
| IT/Business Alignment | Customer who has most effectively aligned business and IT for the achievement of enterprise goals.
|
| Customer Service | Customer who has improved the most in customer service and customer retention.
|
| Productivity | Customer who has most improved their operations and efficiency.
|
| ROI | Customer who has demonstrated the most financial returns, such as savings and increase in revenue.
