1. What's new with the Customer Honors Program?
To bring more business benefits to our valued customers, we've created the Customer Honors Program (CHP), which replaces the Customer Success Program (CSP).
One new option is tailored activities, in which we will explore individual ways to increase your visibility. Another new option is opening a direct channel to Software AG's R&D and senior management so you can influence our product roadmap as well as the strategic direction of Software AG.

2. When does the change take place?
The phased program changeover begins April 1, 2011 and ends June 30, 2011. It applies to all Software AG CSP members worldwide. All CSP participants will transfer automatically into the new program. No additional paperwork is required.
3. What's the deadline for redeeming points?
To accommodate new program options, we are phasing out the "points for activities" system from the CSP. For CSP participants, we will award points for activities completed before the end of Q1 2011. However, effective April 1, 2011, we will no longer calculate "points for reference activities." You must redeem your points before June 30, 2011 or they will expire.
4. How can I participate?
Typical ways to participate include:
- Getting featured in a success story or testimonial video
- Speaking at a Software AG event, such as ProcessWorld or a webinar
- Talking with analysts
- Announcing an important project milestone in a press release
- Sharing insights with prospects or via a best-practices roundtable
5. How flexible is the new program?
