Building upon the Benefits Analysis, our ROI Analysis incorporates the all of the project costs or investments – technology, support, labor, training, etc. – to give you a true picture of the return of your investments.
Some of the project costs are one-time while others are on-going. Annually, the net cash flow is derived by subtracting the costs from the benefits – all of this help to determine the ROI and when you will achieve a payback for your project.
