Demonstrate quantifiable benefits and justify your projects

Uncertain about the benefits of a project? Need to justify the time and effort involved? The total benefits can be found in two categories – Business & IT. And each one of these benefit sources can be attributed to a series of KPI (key performance indicators) levers which are impacted by your project.
