Merger of IDS Scheer AG and Software AG approved

The Saarland Higher Regional Court today approved the request of IDS Scheer AG for the registration of the merger with Software AG.
On the basis of this decision, IDS Scheer AG expects a prompt entry of the merger in the commercial register whereupon the merger will become effective. Upon the merger becoming effective, and in accordance with the merger agreement, the exchange ratio will be 33 IDS Scheer AG shares for 4 Software AG shares.
