Attending lectures, studying books and filling one white sheet of paper after another with ideas, questions and theories—there’s something to be said for that. However, if you wish to lay a solid foundation for your future career, you’ll benefit from real practical experience.
It’s like driving a car: it’s not enough to find fourth gear. You also need to develop a feeling of just when to speed up and change up a gear. Get that kind of practical experience at Software AG. For example, you could be:
- A trainee: Get a taste of everyday working life during a practical semester or during a semester break.
- A student assistant: Get involved in challenging assignments in an interesting working environment while attending university.
- A thesis student: Base your thesis on theoretical aspects and on practical aspects, too.
