As part of your current maintenance contract, you get our Standard Maintenance and Support Services, which assist you with any incidents or issues, provide you with fixes and updates, as well as give you access to self-service help.

These services are flexible and can be combined in any way. This includes designated support contacts, health checks, upgrade advisory, optimization, mentoring and database administration services.

Our Global Support Services’ extranet, Empower gives you access online 24/7 to manage incidents, get product information, find fixes and connect with our Knowledge Center and many communities.
