Sensors Connection

Raga can connect to 1000’s of sensors like accelerometers, temperature sensors, motion sensors, and voltage meters. Each sensor having unique address and tag for location, type of equipment it is monitoring and defined parameter on which it needs to be measured. All sensor data gets monitored in real-time and processed using Software AG's Apama Streaming Analytics.

App Connections

Raga has built-in mechanisms to connect to existing plant maintenance work order system, vendor systems using B2B gateway, and ERP systems so that preventive maintenance can be carried out before failure happens.

Raga Command Center

Raga has command center interface to be projected in central command center that provides current running status of each segment of plant and its sensor. Any parts/segment going wrong is flashed.

Raga Reports

Raga has different type of out of box reports that provide different health status of plant equipment department wise. Each plant parts being monitored has daily, weekly and monthly reporting. The reports come with graphical reporting and are downloadable in Excel format for further analysis.

Raga can send alerts based for preventive and corrective maintenance via email, message over email, and update ticketing system.
