We are excited to collaborate with IBM as the company unveils its new IBM z16 and LinuxONE 4 single frame and rack mount models<\/a> available globally on May 17, 2023. Powered by the IBM Telum processor, these new configurations are designed for highly efficient data centers with sustainability in mind. Software AG<\/a> clients can make more effective use of their data center space while remaining resilient in the midst of ongoing global uncertainty.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enterprises around the world, from banking to manufacturing, rely on mission-critical applications built on the Adabas database & Natural programming language<\/a> from Software AG. These clients can immediately utilize the new IBM z16 models to co-locate their Adabas & Natural applications with a distributed infrastructure to help advance their sustainability goals, as well as embrace hybrid cloud through API integration.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software AG clients can also benefit from the security provided by IBM z16. Adabas Encryption supports the IBM cryptographic services in an easy-to-use tool that can help clients protect entire databases, or specific data sets, while maintaining database performance. Adabas & Natural are available for z\/OS and Linux on IBM zSystems.
