In business process management, we have developed a comprehensive framework and methodology based on the ARIS platform to drive business process excellence in the public sector, banking, telcos, manufacturing and transportation industries. We have developed a methodology for enterprise architecture based on TOGAF, the Meta Group, Magenta (Methodology for Agency Enterprise Architecture) and SGEA ( Singapore Government Enterprise Architecture). This methodology has been applied successfully in the development of an enterprise architecture in many organizations.
