How it works
- The Consultant conducts a comprehensive introduction, using an example use case, on how to use ARIS Dashboards, create data feeds, dashboards and how to configure Context Sensitivity and position dashboards in ARIS Connect.
- Next, the Consultant will support you in setting up the default OOTB box ARIS Dashboards, selecting some relevant use cases and making them operational within your ARIS environment.
- Once the OOTB dashboards are operational, the consultant will guide you through the BPM Performance Framework Accelerators, selecting a sample for deployment and enhancement that focuses upon the your primary BPM reporting needs.
- Finally, a knowledge transition session to hand over the configured ARIS Dashboard.
After the knowledge transition session, a budget of up to 16 hours within six weeks for additional advisory support can be flexibly used in consultation with the BPM Business Consultant.

- Deploy and configure out of the box dashboards
- Deploy and configure the Software AG BPM Performance Framework Accelerator Dashboards
