How it works
- The consultant facilitates a kick-off meeting to set expectations, identify proposed use cases including selected APIs, define success criteria, and establish project objectives.
- Next, the consultant supports the delivery team in designing the API implementations for the identified use cases.
- Once APIs are designed, the consultant works with the development team to configure the API Gateway on the iPaaS platform with appropriate global policies and aliases.
- Next, you will work with the consultant to implement API Gateway configurations for each use case, addressing API policies, application definitions, packages and plans, as well as examining the procedures for promotion and publication.
- With configurations in place, the consultant will work with you to test and verify the implemented solutions and validate successful completion of the pilot project.
- Finally, your teams confirm readiness for delivery through the implementation of the pilot project delivering one or more API use cases ready to deploy to another environment.
