How it works
- You are provided with a link to access and download installation files.
- Installation, configuration, and users’ guides are provided.
- To help start, your consultant schedules two half-day workshops to help create your first reports and support any questions.
- Once you are creating and running your own ARIS Document Generator reports, support and maintenance are provided via your normal Software AG support contact procedures. A dedicated ARIS Document Generator support team will pick up any service requests that you may have and maintain the solution in line with ARIS Service Releases.

Software AG's Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request. Use of the tool is limited to the subscription term of 12 months and will renew automatically at the conclusion of the term unless notified by the customer. After signing the Order Form and providing the required information for the license request, a global, time-limited license key will be issued for use with the tool.
