During this engagement, you will work with the consultant to review your current BPM solution. This will include covering ways of working as well as modelling conventions and a representative collection of process models.

  • How it works
    1. How it works Your consultant will provide you with a short Questionaire that sets the scope of ARIS in your enterprise and will cover:  
      a. Initial/current objectives  
      b. Expected benefits, drivers and constraints  
      c. Successes and failures of the current solution  
      d. Issues and concerns 
      e. Expected outcomes from the BPM Health Check 
      f. Things that work well / Things that does not work well 
    2. The consultant will review the findings and identify areas of improvement focused on the ARIS database and the ARIS method. 
    3. The consultant will evaluate the findings and prepare a presentation with the results and recommendations. 
    4. During the workshop, the consultant will help identify first use cases that can be easily addressed during the workshop for the customer to experience first results of the Health Check. 
  • Service results

    By the end of the engagement, the customer will have received support to:   

    • Identify next steps and recommendations to gain more value form your ARIS implementation 
    • Gain additional insights on how your peers leverage ARIS 
    • Review trends in best practices and new product advancements that can be applied in your future road map
