How it works
- Your consultant will conduct a kick-off and analysis session to confirm the intended work plan and assess potential risks and impacts of making the domain changes.
- Next, the consultant will work with you to determine which existing implementations, APIs, integrations, webhooks or other configurations like host names in connecting applications need to be identified so that preparations can be made for the domain name change.
- Once identified, your consultant will provide guidance to support you performing an analysis of the environments impacted by the domain name change, creating a list of currently hosted integrations, their dependencies and the affected configurations.
- Following, the consultant will assist you in opening the required support calls with Software AG Global Support and will facilitate the process until the new domain names are in place.
- Finally, the consultant will provide a short summary report document the engagement.

By the end of the engagement, you will have received support to:
- Gain an overview of the domain change process and actions required to perform the changes.
- Understand the different certificates generated for different environments that are needed during domain change.
- Analyze the environments and determine the action plan for the domain name change in affected systems.
- Work with your consultant to coordinate and validate the domain name change with Software AG Global Support.
