This supports up to one inbound and one outbound link from Software AG Cloud to your private network in the same cloud region as your webMethods.io tenant, with guidance and support for the configuration of the relevant network communication components.

How it works
- The Consultant will work with the Customer to review and assess cloud infrastructure requirements for private links in their target environment.
- Next, the Consultant will produce a work plan which outlines activities needed to set up private links.
- Following, the Consultant advises the Customer’s infrastructure engineers to configure the VPC and associated network infrastructure to meet their private link requirements.
- The Consultant will guide the Customer through the opening of and completion of the support requests to Software AG Global Support to configure both sides of the private link.
- Once established, the Consultant will run validation tests and probes to verify connectivity in both directions and provide guidance on how to best establish monitoring of the private links for operational management.
- Finally, the Consultant will provide a consolidated report on private link setup and details regarding the configuration.
