How it works
- Your Process Mining Product Owner and Engineers will attend a kick-off meeting with a Software AG consultant to set expectations, define success criteria and schedule the engagement activities.
- Your Software AG expert guides you through a series of five (5) workshops to define the data pipeline for continuous data extraction for ARIS Process Mining, developing a high-level design for moving and transforming data from your source systems, via a data lake/staging database to ARIS Process Mining.
- Your internal teams then establish the processes for extracting data from source systems, transforming, combining, and validating that data, and loading it into the target repository either a staging database or data lake.
- You are then guided through activities to familiarize yourself with installing and configuring the process extractor and data integration setting for ARIS Process Mining.
- At the completion of the implementation, you will receive a fully described solution document that can be used as a basis for go-live.
- The offer concludes with a Q&A and next steps discussion.
