How it works
- Before the engagement starts, the Customer will complete a Requirements Gathering checklist and submit it to the Consultant.
- Once the checklist is reviewed, the Consultant will facilitate a kickoff meeting with the Customer to agree the high-level details of the requirements.
- Next, the Consultant conducts a workshop giving an overview of the types of connectors and suggested implementation approach for the Customer’s solution. At this time, the Consultant will update the solution document with any changes to the design.
- Once the solution has been documented, the Consultant implements a connector for the customer specific use case (one connector with up to three operations).
- Next, the Consultant will work with the Customer on basic unit testing of the connector implementation with deployment on the Customer’s test environment.
- Following testing, the Consultant will document the solution definition, including best practices used during the implementation.
- Finally, the Consultant conducts a handover session to walks through the solution definition, decisions taken during the activity, and answers any open questions,
- Following the engagement, the Consultant is available for up to one day during the following next week to provide guidance, answer questions, etc.
