What do I get?

Success Credits Bundles are an easy way to buy credits to use later for Fast Track Services without having to specify the exact form, topics addressed and timing of those services. 

What can I expect?

Success Credits must be consumed in accordance with Software AG Global Consulting Services Terms and Conditions and the corresponding Services Descriptions.

• Success Credits may be redeemed in exchange for Fast Track Services.
• Success Credits are valid for 12 months after the date of purchase. Upon expiration, unused Success Credits are forfeited.
• Success Credits are redeemable against the cost of Fast Track Services – additional associated fees and expenses (such as travel expenses or additional costs for delivery outside normal business hours) would be invoiced separately. 

Success Credits can only be purchased in a minimum quantity of 25 Credits.

Who benefits from Success Credits Bundles?

IT Sponsors gain the flexibility to budget for Fast Track Services to leverage for future use. 

Software AG’s Sales and Customer Success team members can provide pricing details upon request. All business will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed to by Software AG Consultant and customer. Delivery will occur within customer’s standard business days and standard business hours.
