How it works
- Before the engagement, a questionnaire is shared with and completed by the customer covering the existing setup, processes, flow services needed for the hybrid integration scenario under consideration.
- After reviewing the questionnaire, the Consultant assesses the proposed use cases, and if necessary, works with the Customer to make refinements and improvements to identify the most appropriate candidate.
- With the use case identified, the Consultant facilitates a kick-off discussion with key stakeholders giving an overview of the engagement and scheduling the Requirements Gathering workshop.
- During the Requirements Gathering workshop, the Consultant will work with the Customer to learn more about the use case in consideration, the architecture behind implementation, the requirement for hybrid integration, and any other relevant information.
- Next, the Consultant maps the requirements to one of the architecture models and prepares a high-level solution design based on the mapping.
- Once in agreement, the Consultant will work with the Customer to set up connectivity from on-premises to webMethods.io Cloud.
- Then, the Consultant works with the Customer to implement the use case for a particular business object including workflow / flow service setup, basic logging, monitoring, etc.
- Next, unit testing is done to validate that the integrations are working properly.
- Finally, the Consultant prepares a Solution definition document and discusses findings, lessons learned, and recommended next steps.

- Develop a high-level solution design.
