How it works
- Your consultant will review the pre-engagement questionnaire provided to you by our account executive. Based on the priorities identified and nature of the interest, he or she will select a subset of the available workshop activities that become the plan for your engagement.
- Next, your consultant will work with you to conduct a kick-off call to align the initial priorities and engagement plan with your internal stakeholders.
- Following this alignment, the consultant will conduct a Discovery workshop to better understand your IT strategy including your existing cloud initiatives, your main goals and objectives that will influence your decisions on your cloud journey strategy.
- Based on the priorities identified, your consultant works with your team to plan an appropriate series of investigation workshops and stakeholder reviews to be covered during the engagement.
- Once agreement has been reached, the workshops begin. Topics covered will include infrastructure and deployments, development planning, and operational implications.
- Your consultant will gather information during these workshops and plan for additional analysis and assessment of your current integrated elements and those targeted for webMethods.io and StreamSets.
- Finally, with these workshops completed, your consultant will prepare a report, and present the findings to your internal stakeholders including strategic topics related to your path to Super iPaaS, identification of potential risk and issue areas, and make recommendations for next steps.
