  • How it works
    1. The Customer completes a questionnaire to identify the source systems, as-is situation, objectives, use cases, and timeframe for the engagement. 
    2. The Consultant then facilitates an enablement session to demonstrate the solution on Software AG systems. 
    3. Next, the Customer performs the technical integration with the support of the Consultant. 
    4. Working together, the Customer and the Consultant will implement the POC within the agreed scope. Once satisfied, the Customer will sign off the outcome. 
    5. The Consultant will support the Customer for the first production synchronization. 
    6. Quality Assurance as needed, ensuring a smooth transition to operations. 
  • Service results

    By the end of the engagement, you will have received support to:     

    • Perform a process driven upgrade to S/4 HANA. 
    • Perform process driven testing. 
    • Continuously improve your SAP Solution. 
    • Gain transparency on running SAP. 
    • Train and enable your organization. 
    • Perform efficient rollouts.
