How it works
- The engagement starts with a kickoff meeting facilitated by the Consultant for the Customer participants such as developer, technical lead, and architect, to explain the proposed work and highlight any specific areas of particular interest.
- Next, the Consultant walks through specific activities in the Customer’s environment covering the standard product monitoring capabilities; using and interpreting execution logs; alert options, setup, and effective use; use and management of audit logs; use of insights; and options for customizations based on the Customer’s specific use cases.
- Finally, the Consultant gives a technical walkthrough on the activities and makes recommendations on next steps where appropriate.

By the end of the engagement, you will have received support to:
- Establish an effective use in your team for the standard analytical product features.
- Understand the use cases for analytic execution logs.
- Create and deploy alerts.
- Understand and use the monitoring of transactions based on custom-id.
