How it works
- The consultant will conduct an initial kick-off to confirm your team’s operating approach with webMethods.io, including your organization, operational systems, expectations with use of webMethods.io. You provide an outline of the main operating activities for the webMethods.io API Management iPaaS solution.
- Next, the consultant will introduce procedures around tenant management and default recommendations for minimum environments in webMethods.io API Management and Developer Portal if required and align with development approach expectations.
- Following, the consultant will explain and establish operational procedures required for API Gateway management, covering user management, gateway management, logging and monitoring, traffic alerts and reports, and handling promotion requests.
- Then, the consultant will conduct a workshop to discuss operational integration with your existing procedures and approaches.
- Next, the consultant will review operational activities required to maintain Developer Portal covering general administration, user management, logging and monitoring, and data management activities.
- Finally, the consultant will provide guidance on troubleshooting features and recommendations for next steps.
