This is a 3.5-day engagement. During this time, you will work with the consultant to walk through initial set-up activities appropriate for your tenant including:
- Determine tenant types and environment setup for webMethods.io Cloud.
- Configuration and deployment for webMethods.io API Gateway and webMethods.io Developer Portal.
Note: implementation of the full configuration can be covered in subsequent services engagements.

How it works
- The Consultant will begin the engagement with a kick-off meeting to discuss the objectives, requirements, and desired outcomes with the Customer.
- Next, the Consultant will work with the Customer to determine tenant types and define the environment setup for webMethods.io Cloud.
- Once specific cloud configurations are in place, the Consultant will work with the Customer to configure and deploy customer specific requirements for webMethods.io API Gateway.
- Next, the Consultant will work with the Customer to configure and deploy customer specific requirements in webMethods.io Developer Portal.
- Once the setup is complete, the Consultant will provide a summary of adoption activities for future reference.

Service results
By the end of the engagement, you will have received support to:
- Complete the “Profile” for the tenant.
- Create basic roles and assign users to roles.
- Set up environments with different tenants for Promotion Management.
- Customize URL aliases, setup approval configuration, adjust API fault configuration and configure API callback request in the API Gateway.
- Configure webMethods.io Developer Portal user management and onboarding, UI customization and infrastructure and networking.
