How it works
- The consultant will review the Cloud Transformation Checklist prior to the start of the engagement to gain knowledge of your vision, state of webMethods.io adoption roadmap, challenges and known risks.
- Then, the consultant will facilitate a kick-off meeting to introduce key customer and Software AG participants, stakeholders and briefly explain the assessment objectives, approach, input needed and deliverables to all parties involved.
- Next, the consultant will conduct a series of workshops to deep dive into the current state of the adoption plan, cloud and on-premises infrastructure, future roadmap, and operations support structure with various customer stakeholders.
- Following the workshops, the consultant will conduct a detailed analysis of the as-is state, adoption approach, transaction flows, key technical considerations, roadmap and activities to provide key recommendations.
- Finally, a webMethods.io strategy assessment report is presented to the stakeholders. Next steps and further recommendations are discussed.
