How it works
- An “End User” (from Line of Business “LoB” or IT department), a Sponsor and a Software AG Consultant will attend a kick-off meeting to set expectations, define success criteria, and identify specific opportunities.
- Your Software AG expert guides you through a series of activities to define specific cloud integrations to implement and develop a high-level design.
- You are guided through activities to familiarize yourself with configuration, development, and testing activities.
- At the finalization of the implementation, you will receive a fully described solution document that can be used as a basis for go-live.
- The offer concludes with a Q&A and next steps discussion.

Service results
By the end of this engagement, you will have received support to implement an integration between two endpoints by:
- Establishing functional and non-functional requirements, including test success criteria
- Documenting your solution design
- Establishing a development environment to configure workflows, flow services and connectors
- Deploying assets to a test environment
- Running through a test case plan
- Finalizing solution definition
Finally, you will receive a document that summarizes the implementation of your integration (not to exceed 30 pages).
