Join RMS with multiple data sources  <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In conjunction with other products in the CONNX suite, you can perform seamless joins between two or more supported disparate databases using ODBC, OLE DB, .NET and JDBC\u00ae<\/sup>. CONNX for RMS access is fast and efficient. With CONNX<\/a>, a single metadata model can be created that spans all enterprise data sources and applications requiring data access<\/a>. The result is an enterprise-wide view of data that provides a reusable, standards-based framework for information access. To the user or application, data appears as if it existed in a single federated relational database. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

SQL & CONNX for RMS<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

El motor SQL distribuido de CONNX reduce la carga de trabajo del servidor realizando las operaciones intensivas de CPU donde reside el cliente CONNX (Linux\u00ae<\/sup>, UNIX\u00ae<\/sup> or Windows\u00ae<\/sup>(es decir, escritorio remoto, web y\/o servidor de aplicaciones), permitiendo al mismo tiempo que el motor de la base de datos realice las tareas para las que es m\u00e1s adecuado. CONNX importa directamente metadatos PostgreSQL desde copybooks COBOL o archivos de texto. CONNX soporta ANSI SQL (Insert, Update, Select, y Delete); group by, distinct, aggregate (AVG, MIN, MAX, SUM, y COUNT), y todas las funciones de subcadena, cadena, fecha, conversi\u00f3n y matem\u00e1ticas. CONNX for Oracle Rdb imports Rdb metadata directly from COBOL copybooks and a CONNX Text Specification file format into a CONNX Data Dictionary file (CDD).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
