The “Wonderful” ERP Conversion Journey

Speaker: Thomas Trammell, Lean Project Coordinator / ARIS Architect, The Wonderful Company

The Wonderful Company used ARIS to model all core business processes to help facilitate a full ERP conversion for our Citrus Business. It then leveraged those ARIS models with its other Wonderful companies (POM, Fiji, and Corporate) to guide them into the same Oracle ERP conversion processes while noting Pain Points and opportunities for improvement. Now everyone is on the path to speaking the same language with the same roles and processes. Next step is using ARIS to review shared learnings and process updates along with assisting with future ERP conversions for its other business units. The Wonderful Company team are currently excited to potentially expand ARIS with the AWARE capability to produce both dashboard capabilities and importing of real time data to update & validate process models and keep them on top of our Walmart OTIF requirements.
