The South African office of Software AG was opened in Johannesburg in 2004 with the company decision to take direct responsibility for its long-established customer base in the country. Building on nearly 40 years of product use and acceptance by the local financial, public, retail and manufacturing sectors, the region has delivered a 600 percent growth in revenue and the local office staff compliment has more than quadrupled since 2004.
