Software AG was founded in 1969, and has its headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany. We serve 10,000 customers including top brands like DHL, Fujitsu and NBA's Miami Heat, and operate in more than 70 countries. Our annual revenue is €950m (2022).
We have more than 4700 employees, proudly representing over 80 nationalities. They are located across the globe in more than 40 countries. We work as a team inspired by the same values built on the same foundations.

Your onboarding
Our new hire program will give you the best start to the onboarding experience you deserve. We provide a Global Welcome Day Program, a surprise Welcome Kit, as well as a dedicated Buddy, to support you from your first day. Your Buddy will answer your questions and offer guidance while you navigate your new role and get to know your colleagues.
